A volunteer self elimination causes for Jared Knuth to slide into Championship Day

Jared Knuth squared off against Tyler Bower today in a grinder both brought in 2 fish. Tyler didn't realize that the Championship was on Monday and self dq himself from the event allowing Jared to take the birth to Championship Day. We weighed both bags anyways which was only 4.84 and 4.69. Tyler said he loved the format and was his fault for not noticing the Championship was on Monday. We will see him at Ozarks next month for sure. Which will be a season ending special solo event instead of a team event. Registration for that will open next week.
