Clutch Swimbait Owner Josh Pladies & Boat-Wrx/Bait-Wrx Pro Brock Bila Punch Championship Ticket 🎟

Updated: Jun 26, 2023

Josh Pladies and Brock Bila have earned thier way in to Championship Saturday on Truman Lake. Brock has been trying to squeeze in a WFT stop but hasn't been able to due to his super busy college schedule. Brock was all over the country in the spring fishing college derbies before graduating from Drury University Fishing Program this spring which is coached by Rick Emmit.

Josh Pladies has been a huge supporter of The World Fishing Tour sponsoring the Big Bass of each event with his companies glide baits. As seen on the Bassmaster Elite Series and all over social media the Clutchswimbaitco.com Glides are becoming a key factor in not only today's event but at the professional level. When bait companies like bait-wrx.com that sponsor The World Fishing Tour and others are doing drops of his baits. Josh said one of thier 5 fish they weighed in came on a Clutch glide. While today wasn't a swimbaiters paradise of conditions it's always a great tool to find that kicker fish or school to catch later with maybe a jig.

Falling just short of the cut was team Hardin/Flippo who made Championship Day at Bull Shoals Lake.

The field was small but it was stacked. Edgar/Fowler, and Reach/Bennet also weighed in limits. The other teams decided not to weigh as they did not have 13 lbs beat.

There is still 5 days left to qualify Mon-Friday this week at Truman. You can register at fishwft.com now for this weeks quakifying rounds and try to join Brock and Josh on Championship Day and compete to win that World Fishing Tour-Truman Title.
